The study and development of advanced ceramic materials over rescent years has found the way to drastically increase their properties.

For applications requiring high wear and corrosion resistance we provide Technical Ceramics in a range of high purity Aluminum oxide, Zirconium oxide partially or full stabilized with Yttrium oxide or Magnesium oxide.


Zirconia (ZrO2)

Zirconia partially stabilized with Yttria (Y2O3)

The microstructure shows pure tetragonal phase, very fine grain < 0.5 microns, good mechanical strength

Zirconia full stabilized with Yttria (FSZ)

Zirconia stabilized with MgO also called TTZ (tetragonal toughened ZrO2)

Black or coloured Zirconia


Alumina (Al2O3)

High purity Alumina with or without additives from 99.8% to 99.99 % Al2O3

ZrO2 toughened Alumina (ZTA)
